As residents’ needs change over time, we tailor our care to the stage they are at. Our core philosophy of ‘ageing in place’ allows residents to remain in the home and community that they know. Our highly trained staff are flexible in the styles of care they deliver, and our goal for each resident is simple – to support their wellbeing and quality of life.
Couples can also rest assured that they will be able to remain together in the same home even if each person has different levels of care.

Aged Care Star Ratings
Eva Tilley has achieved an Overall 4 Star Rating, with a 5 Star Compliance Rating, in the National Quality Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program. The star rating assists informed decision making when comparing quality and safety performances of aged care homes.
In late 2023, our ‘Partners in Care Advisory Group’ was formed, comprised of resident, family representatives and staff. The group’s purpose is to provide recommendations to strengthen partnerships by empowering and engaging residents and their representatives in decision-making. Eva Tilley also conducts an annual ‘Resident Experience Survey’ to identify our strengths and areas for improvement.
