The Eva Tilley rooms have been designed with a focus on safety, independence, and convenience.

We offer a range of options to provide our residents with a home away from home. There are 104 standard rooms and eight deluxe rooms. All rooms include ensuite bathrooms and quality furnishings, that are routinely refurbished to maintain a high-standard of comfort in aged care living.

Many of our rooms have vistas to greenery and direct access to garden and courtyard areas. Our residents can stay connected with phone and computer points in each room, plus optional access to WiFi and Foxtel.

We have achieved an Overall 4 Star Rating, with a 5 Star Compliance Rating in the National Quality Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program. The star rating assists informed decision making when comparing quality and safety performances of aged care homes.

Prices

Eva Tilley’s rooms and prices are in accordance with the forthcoming legislated changes to the Aged Care Quality Standards outlined in the Australian Government’s New Aged Care Act, which will come into effect from 1 July 2025.

Residential rooms range from $550,000 - $750,000 Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD), which goes back to the resident or family at the conclusion of their stay at Eva Tilley. Ongoing fees are dependent on government classifications, and these can vary over time depending on the needs of the resident. As a not-for-profit, every effort is made to keep prices as affordable as possible.

Assessment of aged care eligibility is conducted by the Victorian Government’s My Aged Care Assessment Services in conjunction with your General Practitioner.

Standard

Room Size: 14-16 square meters

Our standard rooms are spaciously appointed with high quality furniture and fittings to support independence and comfort.

    • Hi lo beds fitted with special foam pressure relieving mattresses

    • Phone and computer points

    • Access to WiFi and Foxtel (for additional monthly fee)

    • Bedside table with four drawers, including one with lock to secure personal items

    • A comfortable, attractive armchair for reading and relaxing

    • Fitted desk and picture rails (in some rooms) to hang photographs or artwork

    • Fitted wardrobes with additional overhead storage

    • Lovely custom-made fabric curtains and blinds

    • Quality light fittings with dedicated light over the bed for reading

    • Windows with ample natural light, some with views of courtyards and gardens

    • Ceiling fans and heating that is individually controlled for comfort

Deluxe

Room Size: 33-40 square meters

Our deluxe rooms provide expansive accommodation options for couples or residents who desire additional living and bathroom space, or those who require space for additional equipment or treatment facilities to support their lifestyle.

    • Access to wifi and Foxtel (for additional monthly fee)

    • Bedside table with four drawers, including one with lock to secure personal items

    • A comfortable, attractive armchair for reading and relaxing

    • Fitted wardrobes with additional overhead storage

    • Lovely custom-made fabric curtains and blinds

    • Quality light fittings with dedicated light over the bed for reading and sensor lights in bathroom for safety

    • Windows with ample natural light, some with views of courtyards and gardens

    • Ceiling fans and heating that is individually controlled for comfort

    • Optional pressure mats and movement monitoring system to minimise risks to residents

    • Residents may also bring a favourite armchair or piece of furniture (subject to discussion with management)
